In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.

Refunds will be debited onto the credit card used to make the purchase. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Faulty products, if a product you have purchased from us is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will refund your money, exchange or, where possible, repair the product.

We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a faulty product. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Removal of the existing anti-scuff facing (where required)

Turnaround Time

Most Toe, Shoulder & Face Repairs are completed within 7–10 business days from the time your bat is received.

During peak cricket periods, turnaround times may be slightly longer. If you need your bat returned by a specific date, please contact us before sending it so we can confirm current workshop lead times.
