In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.
Refunds will be debited onto the credit card used to make the purchase. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Faulty products, if a product you have purchased from us is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will refund your money, exchange or, where possible, repair the product.
We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a faulty product. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Whether your bat has surface damage, worn stickers, minor cracks or simply needs a fresh new look, we’ll bring it back to life with the same care and craftsmanship used on our custom-made bats.
What’s Included?
Every refurbishment is completed by hand and includes:
- Removal of all existing stickers and protective facing
- Professional repair and gluing of cracks and minor damage to the face and edges
- Complete sanding, buffing and oiling of the blade
- Application of your selected new stickers, grip and protective facing (where requested)
- Final inspection to ensure your bat is ready for the season ahead
The result is a bat that not only looks refreshed but is protected and ready to perform.

Local Drop-Off
You’re welcome to drop your bat off at our workshop by prior arrangement. Simply send a text message to 0478 672 481 to organise a suitable time.
Turnaround Time
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks from the time your bat is received for repairs and refurbishment. During peak cricket periods, turnaround times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed of your bat’s progress.
