In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.
Refunds will be debited onto the credit card used to make the purchase. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Faulty products, if a product you have purchased from us is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will refund your money, exchange or, where possible, repair the product.
We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a faulty product. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Your cricket bat has been your workhorse and needs a little bit of love to bring it back to life.
What to expect:
Removal all stickers and facing, glue all cracks and any damage to the face and edges. Sanding, buffing and oiling prior to the application of your newly selected stickers, grip and facing as requested.
General info on repairs:
Bats can be sent via post or you can arrange to drop it to the workshop by sending a text message to 0478 672 481
If you are sending your bat via post please ensure that you include your contact and return address details and please don’t send your bat cover as it may not be returned.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for repairs.Â
If you plan on dropping your bat off please ensure you have made contact prior to arrival – via text message 0478 672 481
