In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.

Local Drop-Off
You’re welcome to drop your bat off by prior arrangement. Simply send a text message to 0478 672 481 to organise a suitable time.

Turnaround Time

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks from the time your bat is received for your handle reshaping service. During peak cricket periods, turnaround times may be slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
