Return

In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.

Refunds will be debited onto the credit card used to make the purchase. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Faulty products, if a product you have purchased from us is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will refund your money, exchange or, where possible, repair the product.

We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a faulty product. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Ordering Information

All Prenter Cricket apparel is manufactured specifically for each order and is not held in stock.

Please note:

Minimum order quantities apply and vary depending on the product.
A 50% deposit is required once your design proof has been approved before production can commence.
The remaining balance, together with freight charges, is payable prior to order being dispatched.
Manufacturing lead times generally range from 3-5 weeks from design approval and deposit payment, depending on the product, order quantity and seasonal demand. Then add transit time.
Freight costs are additional and are calculated based on the size of your order and delivery location.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend placing orders well before the start of your season or event, particularly during peak production periods.
